Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions apply to all competitions (unless and to the extent that) the competition states otherwise.

• Entry to the competition is subject to the acceptance of these terms & conditions

• Competition is open to UK residents only

• The competition closes 31 May 2012 and the winner will be notified shortly thereafter

• The winner must confirm the booking by 30 June 2012

• Automated entries will be disqualified

• The price is based on ‘A China Experience’ departing 24 Nov 2012

• The winner and guest must have valid passports to travel

• The choice of the departure airport, airlines and hotels are at the discretion of the tour operator; airport transfers in the UK are not included

• Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin room, single room supplement prices are available on request

• The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for   cash

• Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel

• Unless otherwise specified, competition open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over except employees of Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions, and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

• Entry limited to one per person. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions serves the right to redraw the prize.

• Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access.

• An eligible entrant must be an individual and must submit an entry in the form provided by Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions under this promotion including their name, address and e-mail address.

• By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.

• Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received before the closing date. Winners will be notified within 28 days after the closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries that were received before the closing date.

• There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

• Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

• Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions decision is final and binding on the entrants.
  No correspondence will be entered into.

• Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions or its employees, Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner's (or their guest's) enjoyment of the prize.

• Uses of personal data received by Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website. Winners' names may be published on the Website.

• Completion and submission of an answer will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. Wendy Wu Tours and Gandey World Class Productions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
