Welcome to the websites ( hereinafter called sites ) of The European Entertainment Corporation ( hereinafter called the Corporation ), also trading as The Moscow State Circus / The Continental Circus Berlin / The Chinese State Circus.

It is understood that by accessing these sites you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These sites may be changed without prior notice and may therefore require modification to the Terms & Conditions. User access to these sites constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

1.	Content is provided for general information only.
2.	The Corporation accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions on these sites.
3.	The Corporation accepts no liability for any content on these sites or any linked site.
4.	The Corporation makes no recommendations with respect to the content of these sites nor any linked site.

Copyright Issues

1.	The Corporation sites contain information / text / images / photographs / logos that are the property of the Corporation / its partners / associates / consultants / and others.
2.	Content / selection / coordination / arrangement is protected by copyright / trademark / intellectual property and proprietary rights of the Corporation / its partners / associates / consultants and others in the UK and elsewhere.
3.	The Corporation accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the content.
4.	Users may copy limited parts of Corporation sites for personal non commercial purposes only. Users may not alter / add to / corrupt copies in any way.

Access to sites

1.	Users access Corporation sites at their sole risk.

3.	The Corporation cannot guarantee that the servers that make these sites available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
4.	Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through use of these sites is done at the users discretion and risk. Users will have sole responsibility for any damage to their computer system or loss / disruption of data that results from downloading or obtaining such material.
5.	The Corporation / its partners / associates / consultants / licensors / suppliers cannot accept any costs of replacement / servicing / repair / correction and the like arising from the use of these sites.

Events Attendance

1.		Booking
	a.	Circus Box Office phone lines are open 9am to 9pm daily for credit / debit card bookings reservations / performance information.
	b.	A standard booking fee will be charged on the total of any card transaction.
	c.	Advertised ticket prices include VAT at the current rate.
	d.	The Corporation reserve the right to change ticket prices without prior notice.
	e.	Reserved tickets must be collected at least 30 minutes prior to the advertised performance. The Corporation reserve the right to release tickets for resale after this time.
	f.	Discount vouchers / offers must be declared at the time of purchase / booking.
	g.	Tickets purchased cannot be exchanged / refunded under any circumstances
	h.	Children under 2 years old are admitted free on the understanding that they must sit on an accompanying adult's lap.
	i.	Advertised concessions may require proof of status.
	j.	Differently abled persons and / or carers are kindly requested to declare any special needs / access requirements at the time of booking.
	k	On-line ticket booking may be subject to additional charges under the Terms and Conditions published on the respective agency web site and may vary booking clauses 1a- 1j above

2.		Access
	a.	Audience is admitted to the circus premises 30 minutes prior to the advertised performance.
	b.	No prams / pushchairs / baby carriers and the like are permitted into the circus tent in case of obstruction to gangways / emergency exits.
	c.	Prams / pushchairs / baby carriers and the like may be left in a designated area in the foyer at the sole risk of the owner.

3.		Property
	a.	The Corporation cannot accept responsibility / liability for loss / damage to personal property in and around the circus premises or in connection with the circus performance or event in general.

4.		Person
	a.	Persons should enter the circus premises via the Box Office and foyer area only.
	b.	Responsible persons are reminded of their duty of care to themselves and others in their charge whilst in and around the circus premises.
	c.	Persons attending a performance are reminded to dress ( especially footwear) in a manner suitable for conditions anticipated or otherwise for an outdoor event.
	d.	The performance may include audience participation. Members of the audience have the freedom of choice to take part and must clearly state any impediment / illness that might affect participation.

5.		Performance
	a.	The Corporation and its management reserve the right to alter / amend / cancel the advertised performance without prior notice.
	b.	The Corporation and its management reserve the right to refuse admission.
	c.	Photography / video recording / sound recording is strictly forbidden for reasons of copyright without the prior express permission of the Corporation.
	d.	There may be smoke / haze effects and strobe / flashing lights and loud sound effects during a performance.

6.		General Conditions
	a.	No smoking is permitted throughout the circus premises.
	b.	No food or drink and the like purchased outside the circus is permitted to be consumed on the circus premises.
	c.	No animals are allowed on circus premises except guide / hearing dogs by prior arrangement.

Governing Law

1.	The Corporation circuses and sites are operated from England. Any legal action between a user and the Corporation is therefore subject to the laws of England and Wales.
